Mission Summary
Reconfigured for rapid intelligence-gathering operations behind enemy lines, the Perseus survived years isolated in the Gamma Quadrant after exposure to a covert Dominion psychological warfare program that slowly conditioned her crew into extreme paranoia and hyper-vigilance.
Convinced the war never truly ended and that Dominion infiltration exists everywhere, the crew has spent years conducting brutal preemptive operations against worlds and ships they believed compromised.
As the Venture attempts to uncover the truth and de-escalate the situation, her own war-weary crew begins grappling with the same fears and traumas that consumed the Peresus, forcing Starfleet officers on both ships to confront how far survival, fear, and duty can bend the Federation’s ideals before they finally break.
